Our counseling services at Alevea Mental Health offer a compassionate and integrative approach to mental wellness. Suited for individuals between the ages of 18 and 55, we specialize in treating a wide range of mental health conditions, from anxiety and depression to more complex issues like PTSD and bipolar disorders.
About Dana
With an extensive educational background and a strong focus on holistic family healing, Dana Tate serves as a cornerstone in the field of clinical mental health. Earning her Masters of Science in Counseling from the University of Phoenix with an exceptional 3.95 GPA, Dana has honed her skills in coaching individuals and counseling diverse populations. Her academic journey also includes a Master’s Degree in Health Administration with a concentration in Gerontology, along with a Certificate in Project Management.
Before entering the field of mental health, Dana gained foundational experience in athletic training and movement science, graduating with departmental honors from the University of La Verne. Her varied internships in physical therapy add another layer of depth to her understanding of physical and mental well-being. Dana's work experience is a testament to her dedication and adaptability.
She currently serves as the Director of Children’s Therapy at A New Path Recovery, where she has developed and overseen comprehensive therapy programs for children and families affected by substance abuse. Prior to this, she offered telehealth and in-person therapy services for adults at All In All Behavioral Health Services, working on a variety of mental health issues.
