Does Alevea replace emergency or specialty care?
No. Alevea’s primary-care services do not replace emergency departments, hospitals, or medical specialists. Patients experiencing an emergency should call 911 or go to the nearest emergency department. A primary-care provider may also recommend specialty consultation, urgent evaluation, imaging, procedures, or another level of care when medically appropriate.
