It should not be considered a replacement for insurance that covers emergencies, hospitalization, surgery, specialists, advanced imaging, maternity care, expensive medications, major injuries, or unexpected medical expenses.
What is not included with ALLcare?
Medications, laboratory testing, diagnostic services, imaging, procedures, specialist care, hospital care, emergency services, outside services, and other nonparticipating expenses are not included in the membership or visit fee. Patients remain responsible for those costs. Alevea may help identify potential lower-cost resources when available, but specific prices or savings are not guaranteed.
Which Alevea services participate in ALLcare?
Participating services may include psychiatric medication management, primary care, medical weight management, and testosterone care. Counseling, Spravato, IV ketamine therapy, emergency care, and other specialized services are not automatically included. Participation, appointment availability, and clinical eligibility should be confirmed before enrollment or scheduling.

ALLcare may be helpful for adults without insurance, people with high-deductible plans, or patients who prefer predictable self-pay pricing for eligible routine care. Does ALLcare guarantee unlimited treatment or prescriptions?
No. Membership does not guarantee appointments on demand, unlimited medically unnecessary visits, prescriptions, controlled medications, particular treatments, laboratory orders, referrals, or approval of requested services. Every appointment and treatment decision remains subject to provider availability, medical necessity, clinical judgment, prescribing requirements, and ALLcare terms.
Can I cancel ALLcare?
ALLcare membership may be canceled according to the current membership terms and conditions. Cancellation does not remove charges that have already been incurred or responsibility for medications, laboratories, outside services, and other excluded expenses. Patients should review the complete ALLcare terms before enrolling.
