Our new system, powered by eClinicalWorks, features the innovative Healow patient portal, designed to enhance your interaction with our healthcare services.
Our launch date is set for 02/22/2023 where all functionality of the new patient portal will be active. Until then, continue scheduling online with the Tebra.

Telemedicine Visits: Visit with your provider or counselor directly in the Healow App, no more Doxy connection issues.
Medication Refills: Managing your prescriptions just got easier. Request refills for your medications without the hassle of leaving a message on the Request Line (still an option).
Access Documents and Labs: Important health documents and labs are now at your fingertips. View and download them anytime.
Medical Record Access: Your medical records are now more accessible. Stay informed about your health journey with ease.

Download the Healow App:

Search for Our Practice:
Once the app is installed, use our practice code FGCDDD to find Alevea Mental Health.
Login with Your Credentials:
Enter your patient portal username and password or register a New Account HERE. (ensure email address is correct when registering).
Set Up Your PIN:
Create a secure PIN for easy yet safe access to your health records.
