Important 100 Club Update
At Alevea Mental Health, our mission has always been clear:
to provide comprehensive, high-quality care to Arizona’s first responders and their families.
Over the past several years, we have had the privilege of working alongside many incredible individuals and organizations dedicated to this mission, including The 100 Club of Arizona.
Dear Valued Members,
Alevea Mental Health would like to share an important update regarding our relationship with The 100 Club of Arizona.
The 100 Club recently informed our team that, as part of a strategic initiative to limit the number of ketamine providers within their network, Alevea is no longer included as a partnered provider effective May 1, 2026. They have emphasized that this decision is not a reflection of the quality or value of care being delivered by Alevea and acknowledged the meaningful work being done by providers serving Arizona’s first responder community.
They have also confirmed that any previously approved support for individuals receiving care at Alevea will continue to be honored as originally authorized.
Even though we are disappointed, we respect The 100 Club’s mission and the important role they play in supporting first responders and their families across Arizona. Their impact on this community is significant and deeply appreciated.
At the same time, we believe it is important to clearly state who we are and the role we continue to serve.
Alevea is not solely a ketamine infusion provider. We are an integrative medical and mental health practice built to support first responders and their families across the full continuum of care. Our services include psychiatric medication management, counseling, ketamine and Spravato treatments, primary care, and ongoing wellness support.
We care for first responders, as well as their spouses and extended support systems. Our model is centered on evidenced-based practice, continuity, coordination, and long-term outcomes, not just isolated episodes of care.
Our team includes individuals with direct public safety backgrounds, and we work closely with peer support teams, department leadership, and insurance systems to improve access to care for both sworn and non-sworn personnel.
This work has been built intentionally over the past several years, with a focus on safety, accessibility, standards of practice, and sustained recovery.
Our commitment to this community remains unchanged.
We will continue to serve Arizona’s first responders and their families with the same level of dedication, professionalism, and comprehensive care that has defined Alevea since its inception.
For individuals currently receiving care, there will be no disruption to services as the 100 Club insured their continued support.
For those with questions regarding care, coverage, or next steps, our team remains available to provide guidance and support.
We are honored to serve this community and remain fully committed to its health and well-being.
Sincerely,
Topher Bradshaw, PA-C
Alevea Mental Health

Respect & Gratitude for The 100 Club
We want to begin by recognizing the extraordinary impact The 100 Club has had across our state. Their commitment to supporting first responders and their families, especially in times of need, is both meaningful and deeply respected.
Their work has helped countless individuals access care, resources, and support during some of the most difficult moments of their lives.

Recent Change in Clinical Partnerships
As of May 1, 2026, The 100 Club has made the decision to limit its network of partnered ketamine providers.
Alevea Mental Health was not included in the current group of clinical partners.
While we respect their decision, we believe it is important to share this update with our community, particularly those who have trusted us with their care or may be seeking Ketamine support moving forward.
If you are currently receiving Ketamine Infusions supported by the 100 Club at Alevea:
Your care will not change. We remain fully committed to your treatment and ongoing support.
The 100 Club will only honor future Maintenance or Booster Infusions at their Current Partner Clinics. Please reach out to your Peer Support Member or the 100 Club directly for more information and guidance.
